Its suitable for inspecting and rewinding printing film, max. working speed 400m/min;
Web width 300-1300mm; unwinder diameter 800mm, rewinder diameter 800mm, unwinder and rewinder core 3 inch and 6inch;
It can forwarder and reverse operation;
Equipped with strobe light/ inpection light for manual checking,
And it can be worked with automatic inspection system, such as AVT, DAC, E+L, Sotry, Kesai, any brands of inspecting systems.
Unwinder and rewinder use shaftless type hydraulic system control.
Material's up and down adopts separate motor and speed reducer, this type will make press roller always keep same angle in the material,
Tension will be more stable than normal type.
